Two brothers, one round, and over ten years of it.

The two brothers behind Vakman Exterior Cleaning.

I am Chris. My brother Julio and I have been cleaning the outsides of North and East London houses for over ten years. Vakman is not a franchise and there is no call centre behind the van. You message us, one of us answers, and one of us is the person on your drive on the day. Two years later, when the gutters need doing again, it is still the same two of us.

That matters more in this trade than people expect. Almost anyone can clean a window once. The hard part is coming back, on the cycle you agreed, in February as well as in June. Most of our work now comes from the house next door to one we already do, which only happens if you keep turning up.

We are fully insured, we quote a fixed price for the job rather than charging by the hour, and you pay once it is done. If we think cleaning will not fix what you are looking at, we will tell you, because we do not do repairs and there is nothing in it for us either way.
