Four-weekly round
Best for: Busy roads and houses under trees
The shortest cycle we run. Worth it where traffic film or sap puts the glass back to square one within a month.
Most of our work is a round: the same houses, cleaned on the same rough cycle, all year. We use a water-fed pole and purified water, so the glass dries without spotting. Frames, sills and front doors are washed at the same time, because a clean pane above a dirty frame still looks like a dirty window.
A window round only works if it actually happens. We turn up on the cycle we agreed, we text before we come, and if the weather beats us we tell you rather than leaving you wondering. Ten years of doing that is why most of our work now comes from the street next door.

For the outside of upper-floor glass, a water-fed pole reaches from the ground. Tap water in North London is hard, and left on glass the minerals dry into the spots that make a freshly cleaned window look worse than it did before, so we use purified water with those minerals stripped out.
No detergent, no minerals, no smears. The window dries by itself and stays clear rather than hazing over in a week.
The brush washes the frame, the sill and the door on the way past, which is where most of the visible grime actually sits.
The pole reaches upstairs from the ground, so nobody needs to be home and nothing is trodden into the flowerbed.
Tell us the address and roughly how many windows. For most houses that is enough for a price, and it does not change later.
Four, eight or twelve weeks, whatever suits the property. You get a text the day before so gates can be unlocked and cars moved.
Never in advance. If something has been missed, say so and we come back before anything is due.
Every property is different. We tell you which of these actually suits yours, and say so when the cheaper option is the sensible one.

Best for: Most houses
What the majority of our customers are on. Long enough to be good value, short enough that the windows never properly go.
Best for: Selling, letting or an occasion
A single visit with no commitment to a round. Often the first thing people book before photographs are taken.
Priced per clean, per property, and fixed when we quote. A standard three-bedroom semi is one price whether we come in January or July, and you pay after each visit rather than up front.
Working out of East Barnet, covering homes and businesses from Enfield and Whetstone across to Chingford, Wanstead and Gants Hill.
Tell us the property and what needs doing. You will get a straight price and a date that suits you.
